Job Description:
The Warehouse Services Foreman oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, accurate inventory control, and smooth coordination of supply activities. This role provides hands‑on support while supervising warehouse staff, maintaining workflow, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and experienced in leading warehouse functions in a fast‑paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in warehouse order fulfillment and supply inventory operations.
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year overseeing warehouse or logistics staff.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- License: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing warehouse order fulfillment and inventory control processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse systems, inventory tracking tools, or related technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse personnel, providing direction, task assignments, and performance oversight.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
- Manage supply inventory, including receiving, stocking, tracking, and cycle counts.
- Coordinate warehouse workflow to maintain efficiency and meet operational needs.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor equipment usage and report maintenance needs.
- Support special projects and respond to on‑call operational needs as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and organizational policies.
