Warehouse Receiving Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading equipment distributor in Wendell who is looking for a Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity requiring availability for varying shifts between 6AM–7PM.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily receiving operations including unloading, inspection, and storage of incoming parts
- Ensure accurate shipment verification and resolve discrepancies
- Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals
- Coordinate inbound schedules with logistics and maintain efficient workflow
- Monitor and maintain inventory systems, WMS, and receiving documentation
- Track and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and space utilization
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of team members
- Troubleshoot inventory issues and operational bottlenecks
Requirements:
- 2+ years of warehouse/shipping/receiving experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and equipment use
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
- Flexible to work varying shifts (between 6AM–7PM)
