Location: Avondale, AZ
Pay Rate: $22.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Forklift experience required
Basic computer knowledge for system transactions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required)
Ability to work under supervision while following established procedures and guidelines
Position Summary
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, handling, storing, and dispatching goods in a warehouse or factory environment. This role ensures materials are accurately processed, stored efficiently, and shipped according to operational and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory
Receive incoming goods and check for damage or discrepancies between goods and invoices
Accurately sort, label, and store materials
Organize warehouse storage to optimize space and efficiency
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders based on written or verbal requests
Prepare shipments according to operational procedures and customer requirements
Operate manual and automated warehouse equipment, including forklifts
Quality Control
Perform quality checks for damaged goods and documentation discrepancies
Identify and control non-conforming materials
Follow all established work instructions and quality procedures
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Report hazards, incidents, or injuries immediately
Participate in safety and HSE training
Teamwork & Operations
Communicate effectively with team members and support staff
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, and process flow
Assist with equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
