Summary: The Operations Supervisor manages daily warehouse operations for the Non-Slab division, leading and assigning work to ensure accurate and timely pick-pack orders, material putaways, daytime replenishments, and outbound shipments.


Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 06:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 06:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $25 to $28 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $75,500 and $97,000 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.


To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper staffing of all shift functions to handle varied work volume for 15–30 employees in a 700,000 square foot facility.
  • Maintain and manage facility quality processes and operating standards
  • Ensure on-time shipping performance by collaborating with direct reports to meet receipt and shipment quality and accuracy standards
  • Supervise realignment activities to optimize staffing levels
  • Manage operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide direct supervision to shift leads and frontline associates; hold them accountable for team performance
  • Deliver leadership, training, troubleshooting, issue mitigation, and guidance to team members
  • Promote leadership development and professional growth within the team
  • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance, upkeep, and supplies
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety compliance
  • Communicate critical information effectively to internal and external customers
  • Conduct regular warehouse audits to ensure compliance with procedures
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree is a plus
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experience
  • Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts is a plus
  • Proficient in using tablets (iPad), WMS, and internal portals
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, analyze data, and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at all organizational levels
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Good organizational skills across all operational areas
