Location: Four Oaks, NC
Pay Information
- Pay Rate: $19.25/hour
- Base rate $18.00/hour + $1.25 shift differential
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- On-site position
Job Summary
The Operator 2, Warehouse Operations role supports daily warehouse activities by moving materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods using various material-handling equipment. This position follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines while working under general to limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
- Move materials and finished goods within the warehouse
- Maintain basic records as required
- Perform routine tasks following prescribed steps and SOPs
- Work in a metrics-driven environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous forklift experience (required)
- 0–1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and general computer skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certifications
