Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee daily warehouse operations at their Tulsa facility. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, team leadership, shipping and receiving efficiency, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, hands-on operational experience, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and WMS tracking.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and on-time delivery performance.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Enforce safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of forklifts and material handling systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, production, and logistics teams.
Required Background
- 3 to 7+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or oil and gas-related environments preferred, particularly within the Tulsa market.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with experience holding staff accountable to performance standards.
- Solid understanding of OSHA safety requirements and the ability to enforce compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bilingual English - Spanish is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred but not required.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or formal process improvement experience.
