What You’ll Be Doing
- Own day-to-day warehouse flow so crews roll out on time and fully equipped.
- Run inventory like a pro: receiving, staging, cycle counts, bin locations, and seasonal transfers.
- Lead, train, and motivate a small warehouse team - set the pace, set the standard.
- Build safety into every move (PPE, ladders, cords, lifts, loadouts).
- Track and improve KPIs: pick accuracy, turn times, shrink, and on-time dispatch.
- Partner with Ops to forecast needs and keep install calendars humming.

- 2+ years of hands-on warehouse & logistics experience (seasonal or high-volume is a plus).

- Safety-first mindset and pride in tidy, efficient spaces.
