Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to optimize productivity and performance.
• Develop and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Manage transportation and logistics, coordinating with carriers for timely inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor and control operational costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant inventory software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Certification in relevant areas such as APICS (CPIM, CSCP) or Six Sigma.
• - Proficiency in warehouse management system (WMS) implementation or advanced customization.
