- Must be organized, dependable, and able to manage people
- Must know how to use a computer and Microsoft Office well
- Forklift experience required
- Preferably experience in construction, especially floor coverings
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be willing and available to answer occasional emails or phone calls outside normal business hours when necessary
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
- Order stock materials as needed
- Stage materials for next-day jobs
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Ensure company vehicles are serviced and maintained on schedule
- Supervise warehouse employees
- Keep warehouse organized, clean, and running efficiently
- Perform/supervise light grounds and yard maintenance
- Communicate with office staff and crews to ensure jobs are ready
- Order stock materials as needed
We are looking for a reliable, organized Warehouse Manager to run day-to-day operations in our warehouse. This person will be responsible for inventory, ordering materials, staging jobs for the next day, coordinating deliveries, and managing two warehouse employees.
This is a hands-on position, not a desk job. You must be comfortable working in the warehouse, keeping things organized, and making sure materials and deliveries are handled correctly.
