Warehouse & Logistics Specialist

We are searching for a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist. This position is onsite and pays $20 to $21 per hour. This role combines hands-on warehouse execution with shipping and inventory coordination to ensure products move accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inbound receiving and outbound shipping activities
• Confirm shipments match required product, quantity, and condition standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records through physical counts and system updates
• Prepare packages, pallets, and documentation for outbound shipments
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight carriers
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy improvements
• Verify outbound loads using photos and physical inspection
• Ensure warehouse and logistics activities follow safety and quality standards
• Assist with organization of warehouse and shipping areas
• Support efficient material flow within the warehouse

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in a related field preferred
• At least one year of comparable warehouse or logistics experience required; two or more years preferred
• Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, or inventory control
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
