WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and support the warehouse team in daily operations
Provide on-the-job training and hands-on guidance
Safely operate a sit-down forklift to unload, move, and stock materials
Receive and inspect shipments; verify accuracy and report discrepancies
Coordinate inventory placement with the Warehouse Manager
Ensure accurate order pulling, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging
Prepare outbound shipments with correct labeling and packaging
Perform and oversee inventory counts and cycle checks
Maintain clear communication with warehouse, shipping/receiving, and production teams
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety-focused
Available 24/7 / 365 days for on-call rig downs
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Forklift Certified (Sit-Down Forklift)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Previous warehouse leadership experience
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive work ethic
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
Familiarity with inventory systems, order fulfillment, and safety procedures
PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Manufacturing and office environment with some outdoor exposure
Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and material handling
Occasional lifting of supplies and materials
Long hours using office equipment and computers
Minimal travel required
