Job Summary

This position offers the opportunity to enhance your career in RMA Manufacturing by coordinating activities, monitoring workflow, and maintaining a safe work environment in line with company standards and production goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to complete warehouse activities, including picking parts for production needs, compliance, shipping, receiving, inventory, sorting, scrap, and cycle counting.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and assist with implementation.
- Review incoming material orders and pick tickets.
- Place materials on order picker, pallet jack, or forklift.
- Lead delivery items to the proper loading area or delivery truck.
- Unload trucks and stock inventory.
- Ensure the team's daily tasks are communicated to the next shift for uncompleted tasks or urgent needs.
- Maintain attendance records for the team.
- Lead and direct warehouse operators to ensure consistent workflow and timely completion of production targets.
- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements to maximize productivity and product quality.
- Ensure compliance by enforcing safety standards, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Onboard new employees and cross-train team members to promote flexibility and skills enhancement.
- Troubleshoot issues by identifying and resolving production problems or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Supervise a team while prioritizing policies, strategic objectives, and organizational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree or 4-year degree preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs; must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance focus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of assembly processes and production line best practices.
- Proficiency in enforcing and following SOPs.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
