Assist Management to oversees day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing is processed according to schedule. Supervises warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment. Ensures warehouse practices and protocols are being followed to achieve an efficient productive warehouse floor.
Required Skills
• At least 1 year experience in 3PL in a lead position or similar role
• Good Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good Time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Enforce Safety Procedures
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
