Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse functions including receiving, storing, and preparing inventory for shipment. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and sort incoming shipments.

• Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.

• Load and unload products manually from trucks and pallets.

• Assist in assembling and preparing orders for delivery.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift and move packages up to [50 lbs/appropriate weight].

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic math and reading skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
