Title: Warehouse/General Labor Associate
Location: Norwalk, OH
Pay Rate: $18-20
Work Hours: 8 am until the day's tasks are completed. Some overtime may be required.

We are seeking a warehouse/general labor associate for a leading concrete service company, in Norwalk, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of service calls by loading and unloading trucks and preparing tools and materials for the next service call. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Truck Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload service trucks with concrete materials, tools, and equipment for service calls.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in restocking materials as needed.
• Material Preparation: Prepare materials for upcoming service calls, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good condition.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect materials and equipment for quality and compliance with company standards, reporting any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in safety training programs and report any safety hazards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate loading and unloading tasks and ensure efficient operations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Physical Endurance: Be physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials and performing strenuous tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse, general labor, or construction-related roles is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of safety protocols.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Forklift operation certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings.
