Job Title: Warehouse Distribution Associate-{168452}
Location: Four Oaks, NC 27524
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (occasional weekday/weekend overtime as needed)
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Distribution Associate to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This role involves order picking, packaging, inventory handling, and operating material handling equipment (MHE) in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders using RF scanners, including picking, labeling, and verifying accuracy
- Palletize completed orders and prepare shipments for distribution
- Load and unload pallets while ensuring product safety and minimizing damage
- Locate, retrieve, and replenish inventory as needed
- Operate material handling equipment (electric pallet jacks, high-reach equipment, etc.)
- Perform dock and manifest duties, including scanning pallets and shrink wrapping
- Maintain accurate records and follow warehouse procedures
- Assist in other warehouse areas as needed and support team operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (MHE)
- Basic computer and RF scanner experience
- Ability to read and interpret shipping and distribution documents
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience
- Prior experience operating pallet jacks or other MHE
- Experience with RF scanners and order picking
