Advance Services is looking for a Warehouse Custodian to start Part Time and potentially lead this role into a full-time warehouse associate role with one of our nationwide building materials distribution center located in North Las Vegas, NV.
Job Description:
- Sweep and buff warehouse flooring.
- Sweep and dust warehouse inventory using an industrial vacuum or blower.
- Dispose of miscellaneous debris in the yard.
- Perform light physical labor by moving small packages.
- Assemble office furniture.
- Organize supply cabinets and merchandise room.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment by restocking cleaning supplies, supporting material handling and cleanup tasks, and ensuring work areas meet safety and operational standards for a building materials facility.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in warehouse, industrial cleaning, janitorial, or general labor environments.
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, sweepers, and vacuum or blower systems.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Ability to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in a warehouse or building materials environment.
