A-Line Staffing is now hiring Warehouse Custodian in Exton, PA 19341. The Warehouse Custodian would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential.
Warehouse Custodian Highlights:
??? Schedule: Second Shift ??? 3:30 PM to 12:00 Midnight, Sunday through Thursday
??? Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
Warehouse Custodian Responsibilities:
??? Maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility environment across all areas of the site
??? Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash removal, recycling, and window cleaning
??? Execute floor care tasks such as resurfacing using approved methods and materials
??? Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines, and vacuums
??? Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Controlled Environment Areas (CEA) to meet environmental compliance standards
??? Support the Maintenance department with indoor and outdoor building services as needed
??? Complete Inspection Record Log Book entries accurately and timely
??? Assist in training new hires on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and quality standards
??? Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations
??? Work overtime as needed, including during quarterly shutdowns or urgent assignments
Warehouse Custodian Qualifications:
??? High School Diploma or equivalent required
??? Experience with auto floor scrubbers, burnishing buffers, stripping machines, and vacuums
??? Ability to follow safety, security, and compliance protocols
??? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
