Warehouse Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)

Pay : $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Reports to : Operations Manager or HR/Logistics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to lead and organize our warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory control, team leadership, and logistical support. •⁠ ⁠Lead and supervise warehouse personnel (2-3 team members to start, with potential growth).

•⁠ ⁠Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel).

•⁠ ⁠Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and consumables.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update minimum and maximum inventory levels; perform audits and produce weekly/monthly reports.

•⁠ ⁠Organize warehouse layout, implement mapping systems, and ensure proper labeling.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate shipments and logistics, including pickups, carriers, Bills of Lading, and weight/dimension reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE by all warehouse staff.

•⁠ ⁠Track purchase orders, receipts, and materials in ERP/Excel.

•⁠ ⁠Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure accuracy in inventory transactions.

•⁠ ⁠Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required).

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in warehouse coordination/leadership in an industrial environment.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, minimums/max, and logistics.

•⁠ ⁠Valid forklift operator certification required.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to supervise and motivate a small team.

•⁠ ⁠Bilingual English/Spanish required.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with inventory management systems.

•⁠ ⁠Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials, and operate forklifts as needed.

•⁠ ⁠Safety-focused mindset and strong organizational skills.

•⁠ ⁠Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance.

•⁠ ⁠Stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods.

•⁠ ⁠Work outdoors or in areas with heat, dust, or noise.

•⁠ ⁠Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.

•⁠ ⁠Competitive Pay: $23.00 per hour (W-2 employment).
