Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Northvale, NJ
Salary: $115,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a team of warehouse staff. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage logistics while maintaining clear communication with trucking companies and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels using basic computer and inventory management systems
  • Plan and coordinate daily workflows to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Communicate directly with trucking companies and drivers to coordinate shipments and deliveries
  • Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff, including hiring and termination when necessary
  • Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Make quick decisions and adjust plans as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a forklift as needed to support warehouse operations

Schedule & Availability

  • On-site hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Must be available by phone: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to plan ahead and adapt quickly to changes
  • Basic computer skills, including inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with logistics partners
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Forklift operation experience required
