Warehouse Clerk

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team in San Marcos, CA. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Position: Warehouse Clerk

Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Pay Rate: $18/hr- $19/hr

Location: San Marcos, CA

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
