Warehouse Associate (Sunflower) - 1st shift

The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of warehouse duties such as receiving, shipping, distribution activities, order pulling, kitting, inventory, and preventative maintenance of warehouse equipment. 

Responsibilities:

• Picks, packs, and transfers goods by using forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Processes and receives inbound shipments.
• Operates forklift to load and unload materials and move goods to designated areas.
• Pulls, bundles and properly packs materials per work order.
• Verifies inbound/outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains records of all received and shipped products.
• Inspects/maintains warehouse equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirement
• Arranges for needed equipment repairs.
• Follows all Warehouse safety rules.
• Maintains good housekeeping and sanitation of the warehouse at all times.
• Communicates effectively and works with all Warehouse associates. 
• Verifies and coordinates outbound shipments with Warehouse Manager.
• Work hours are from 7:30am - 4:00pm (1st shift)

Qualifications: 

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience. High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a warehouse work environment.
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese a plus!
• Able to operate a forklift is a plus!
• Position requires occasional heavy lifting from 30 lbs. to 50 lbs.
