Warehouse Associate – Quick Hire!
Location: Webster, TX
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Webster, TX shop. This role is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition
Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or transfer
Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently (frequent mounting and dismounting required)
Maintain warehouse cleanliness (trash removal, sweeping, organizing materials)
Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders
Ensure products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
Ability to pass a background check
Forklift certification (preferred)
Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing 50+ lbs
Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking
Repeated mounting and dismounting of forklifts or equipment
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures
Exposure to dust, noise, and standard warehouse conditions
Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
