Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of wood products and materials

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations

• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks

• Inspect wood products for quality and report any defects or issues

• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

• Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep as needed

• Follow proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines when handling heavy materials

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory levels, order status, and any operational issues

Skills Required:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

• Familiarity with wood products and lumber terminology a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment

• Team player with good communication skills

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Basic math skills for inventory counts and order processing

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations in a warehouse setting

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

• Flexibility to work overtime or weekend shifts as needed
