Warehouse Associate (ID #473935)

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of both inbound and outbound orders. This position is responsible for executing a wide range of warehouse activities for our primary clients, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality control, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute warehouse tasks to support overall business operations, ensuring productivity and workflow efficiency.

• Receive, verify, and inspect inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Perform accurate put-away of products and maintain organized, up-to-date inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Handle the picking, packing, labeling, and loading of outbound orders, ensuring timely and damage-free shipments.

• Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure zero to minimal damage.

• Investigate shipment losses or damages by following established procedures and prepare detailed reports outlining findings and resolutions.

• Take reasonable and proactive actions necessary to fulfill job responsibilities, provided they align with company policy and sound business judgment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role preferred

• Familiarity with WMS and basic inventory processes

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move products as required

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
