Warehouse Associate (ID #467479)

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Event Set-Up Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling canopies, tents, stages, and other event structures. You will work as part of a team to ensure each event is set up safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport event equipment, including canopies, tents, staging platforms, and related materials.

• Assemble and secure canopies, tents, and stages according to layout specifications.

• Ensure all structures are properly stabilized and meet safety standards.

• Assist with lighting, flooring, seating, and other event infrastructure as needed.

• Perform tear-down and packing of equipment after events.

• Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working condition.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Provide excellent teamwork and communication with supervisors and crew members.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in event setup, construction, or general labor preferred (but not required).

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment (50 lbs) repeatedly.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, hands-on, physical role.

• Outdoor and indoor event locations.

• Requires standing, lifting, and manual labor for extended periods
