Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver-{168314}

Location: Four Oaks, NC 27524

Pay Rate: $19.25/hr. (Base $18.00/hr. + $1.25 shift differential)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm (Overtime as needed)

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operator 2 to support warehouse and production operations. This role involves operating material handling equipment, maintaining inventory flow, and ensuring accurate movement of goods within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Candidates with forklift experience and manufacturing backgrounds are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (conveyors, cranes, handcarts, power trucks)
• Move materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the warehouse or facility
• Pick, transport, and stage products for shipping or production
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as needed
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Perform routine warehouse tasks with attention to quality and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to lift and/or move 50+ lbs. regularly
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and computer skills
• Steel toe shoes required
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Experience:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience
• Experience working with material handling equipment
• Familiarity with SOPs and production environments
