Location: Four Oaks, NC 27524
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1st Shift)

Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role involves operating material handling equipment, moving products throughout the facility, and ensuring accurate and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials and products
• Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or production area
• Utilize equipment such as conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
• Follow SOPs and quality guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Maintain accurate records as needed
• Work in a metrics-driven environment to meet productivity goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Basic computer & math skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50+ lbs.
• Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot in summer, cold in winter)
• Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels and moving mechanical equipment
