Montana is a leading electrical and infrastructure distributor serving major commercial and industrial projects. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and wire cutting.
This role is hands-on and critical to our customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage
- Accurately barcode and scan inventory using warehouse management systems
- Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Cut electrical wire and cable to customer specifications
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Experience in electrical distribution, industrial supply, or construction materials preferred
- Familiarity with wire and cable products strongly preferred
- Experience using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 35+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- 35–50 hours per week
- Overtime paid after 35 hours
- Union position
- Fast-paced warehouse environment supporting large commercial projects
