Department: Warehouse / Operations Schedule:

• Summer: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Winter: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $18-$22/hour depending on experience

We're growing and making two hires in our Warehouse / Operations team.

Both roles support our service and install teams, protect profitability, and prevent job delays. The difference? One is inventory-focused. The other is transportation-focused.

What Both Roles Have in Common

Both positions:

• Support service & install teams daily
• Stage materials and assist with loading trucks
• Receive and verify vendor deliveries
• Help maintain warehouse and yard organization
• Track tools and company equipment
• Follow strict safety procedures
• Work in a physically active warehouse/yard environment

Basic Requirements for Both:

• Valid driver's license
• Forklift operation ability
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Role #1: Warehouse Technician

Best Fit For: Someone detail-oriented who thrives on inventory control and staging accuracy.

Primary Focus:

• Inventory management & min/max monitoring
• Staging all job materials before departure
• Preventing installer return trips due to missing materials
• Maintaining 98%+ inventory accuracy

Ideal Profile:

• Extremely organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Takes ownership of shortages or discrepancies
• Motivated by keeping the warehouse clean and structured

If you like knowing every part is in the right place and every truck leaves fully staged, this is your role.

Role #2: Warehouse / Driver (Hauler)

Best Fit For: Someone confident hauling trailers and prioritizing safety.

Primary Focus:

• Hauling large loads using a gooseneck trailer
• Load securement & safe transportation
• On-time delivery to job sites and vendors
• 100% completion of vehicle inspections
• Zero preventable accidents

Ideal Profile:

• Experience hauling large loads or trailers
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable being on the road part of the day

If you take pride in safe driving, proper load securement, and keeping jobs supplied without delay, this is your lane.
