What You’ll Do

• Receive inbound shipments and enter parts and materials accurately into the warehouse system
• Process outbound shipments and prepare materials for movement or return
• Review shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Move incoming materials to the correct warehouse or bin location
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Pack and document returned or transferred items correctly
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and help correct system issues
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of material control or warehouse inventory experience
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts
• Ability to use a stand-up forklift
• Comfortable with computer data entry and inventory systems
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and similar business software
• Basic English skills for work instructions, communication, and safety
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
