Vice President of Sales
We’re searching for an experienced, energetic, and forward-thinking Vice President of Sales to lead a national sales organization and drive the next chapter of growth. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in a safety-first manufacturing environment and knows how to build strong teams, strong processes, and strong results.
About the Role
As VP of Sales, you’ll shape and execute the sales and marketing strategy for a company deeply committed to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead a remote and in-house sales team, refine sales processes, and champion a culture that values efficiency, accountability, and zero-compromise safety.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team across multiple regions
- Build and execute strategic sales plans that expand market share and accelerate revenue
- Streamline and optimize sales processes to reduce waste and improve performance
- Foster a safety-first mindset across all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and a commitment to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of driving growth
- 5+ years of management experience
- Manufacturing sales experience strongly preferred
- Industry background in oil & gas, chemicals, or industrial products is a plus
- A leader who brings energy, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach
- Someone who thrives in a culture focused on safety, efficiency, and process optimization
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence, motivate, and build trust
