Title: Vice President of Technology - Microsoft Development Team

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Compensation: $200000 – $235000 / Year + 15% Bonus

We’re partnered with a growing healthcare services organization seeking a Vice President of Technology to lead application development, set strategy, and bring structure to a mission-critical technology function.


This is not a CTO role. This is a hands-on, steady leadership position for someone who understands Revenue Cycle Management, modern Microsoft-based application stacks, and how to organize teams and vendors to deliver consistent results.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute application and technology strategy for RCM platforms
  • Lead and organize internal and offshore development teams
  • Manage third-party vendors and ensure accountability
  • Serve as a calming, trusted technology partner to leadership and operations
  • Drive alignment across .NET, Azure, Power BI, and automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 15–20 years of technology experience with strong RCM background
  • Leadership experience within healthcare revenue cycle platforms
  • Microsoft stack expertise: .NET, Azure, Power BI
  • Experience managing blended teams (onshore, offshore, vendors)

Role Details

  • Fully remote (U.S.)
  • Light travel every other month for two days
