What You’ll Own

Lead & Scale Elite Teams

• Build, mentor, and inspire multi-region service teams
• Create a performance-driven culture rooted in accountability and growth
• Develop future leaders within the organization

Be the Technical Authority

• Solve complex mechanical, electrical, and water system challenges
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and field support initiatives
• Deliver hands-on training that sharpens team expertise

Optimize Operations Like a Pro

• Oversee service delivery, scheduling, and field execution
• Streamline workflows, SOPs, and service processes
• Ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency at every level

Drive Client Success & Retention

• Act as the senior technical partner for key clients
• Strengthen service programs and long-term partnerships
• Support growth through technical insight and solution-based thinking

Own the Numbers

• Influence budgets, forecasting, and service profitability
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency
• Align operations with company growth objectives

What You Bring to the Table

• 12–15+ years of experience in technical service, field operations, or engineering leadership
• Strong background in aquatics, water systems, HVAC, mechanical, or similar industries
• Deep knowledge of pumps, motors, filtration systems, and water chemistry
• Proven success leading and scaling technical teams
• Experience with ERP systems and service/project management tools
• CPO or AFO certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• A leadership style that blends strategy + sleeves-rolled-up execution
