Job Details

The Vice President of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational functions within the organization. This individual will drive strategic planning and execution across key departments to ensure the delivery of efficient, scalable, and cost-effective systems that align with company goals and future growth initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic direction of multiple operational divisions, including Field Operations, Maintenance, Construction, Procurement, IT, and Project Management
  • Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with organizational goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements, systems upgrades, and efficiency strategies
  • Oversee department-wide decision-making related to staffing, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Develop and enforce operational policies, performance standards, and security protocols
  • Approve cost-control strategies, staffing plans, and project budgets
  • Deliver regular performance updates and operational reports to senior leadership
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
  • Evaluate training needs and oversee implementation of team development programs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership
  • Background in energy management or infrastructure preferred
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business operations software
