Vice President of Marketing

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Marketing to lead enterprise-wide marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth. This executive will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for brand strategy, demand generation, digital transformation, and overall marketing performance.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of scaling marketing organizations, aligning strategy with revenue goals, and leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across all channels
Oversee digital and print marketing efforts, including website strategy, campaigns, collateral, thought leadership, and content development
Drive demand generation initiatives to increase customer acquisition and engagement
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure strong ROI
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
Partner closely with Sales, Commercial, and Customer Experience leaders to ensure alignment and execution
Oversee CRM and marketing automation strategy, including system enhancements and performance optimization
Analyze marketing metrics and present actionable insights to executive leadership
Represent the organization in industry associations and external engagements
Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with demonstrated revenue impact
8+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand development, and media relations
Strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, brand management, and customer engagement strategies
Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and marketing technologies
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic action
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
U.S. work authorization required
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
MBA or advanced degree
Executive-level marketing leadership experience
Experience presenting to boards or senior stakeholders
