Responsibilities
Growth & Marketing Leadership
- Lead and manage the full growth organization, including: Performance Creative, META and Google Acquisition Marketing, Partnerships and Influencer Marketing, Analytics and Performance Reporting, eCommerce Product and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Own the end-to-end growth strategy to profitably acquire new subscribers and rapidly scale the business while preserving and elevating brand equity.
- Define and lead KPI development, goaling, and performance management across all growth functions, with LTV:CAC as the north star metric.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and spend allocation across channels to maximize capital efficiency and profitable growth.
- Scale paid media investments while maintaining and improving spend efficiency and contribution margin.
- Identify and unlock new areas of efficiency across media buying, creative output, funnel optimization, and pricing.
- Ensure influencer and partnership marketing programs scale full-funnel acquisition segments efficiently.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance targeting, creative production velocity, analytics, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Performance Creative Strategy & Execution
- Architect and lead a best-in-class performance creative engine as the primary driver of paid media scale.
- Develop creative strategy frameworks rooted in customer psychology, product truth, and data insights.
- Build scalable systems and processes to dramatically increase the volume, velocity, and quality of creative testing.
- Lead and develop the performance creative team to consistently produce high-converting ads across META, Google, and emerging platforms.
- Establish structured testing roadmaps including hooks, angles, formats, offers, UGC, and iterative creative optimization.
- Partner closely with Brand to ensure performance creative maintains and elevates the brands premium and luxury positioning.
- Create accountability frameworks tying creative output directly to CAC, LTV, and contribution margin performance.
Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Profitability
- Lead annual, quarterly and monthly planning for acquisition and subscriber growth goals.
- Translate company-level revenue and profitability targets into actionable growth roadmaps.
- Own growth forecasts including daily spend pacing, subscriber acquisition, LTV expansion, and contribution margin modeling.
- Continuously optimize channel mix to maximize LTV:CAC and long-term enterprise value.
- Evaluate and model new channels, creative strategies, and pricing initiatives to increase subscriber lifetime value.
- Partner closely with Finance and Analytics teams to ensure financial discipline, reporting accuracy, and maximal efficiency.
Data, Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Drive a rigorous, data-driven culture across all growth functions.
- Oversee analytics frameworks that clearly measure CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period, and contribution margin.
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with senior leadership, presenting actionable insights and forward-looking strategy.
- Ensure clear visibility into growth efficiency, profitability, and scalability across the organization.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Executive Partnership
- Act as a strategic thought partner in company-level decision making and long-term growth strategy.
- Lead and develop high-performance teams across multiple growth departments.
- Build strong cross-functional alignment across Brand, Product, Operations, Finance, and Analytics.
- Foster accountability, ownership, and excellence across teams.
- Maintain a high-performance environment that rewards initiative, intellectual honesty, and results.
Qualifications / Experience
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing leadership within a high-growth DTC or subscription-based company.
- Proven track record of scaling paid media budgets profitably while improving efficiency metrics.
- Deep expertise in performance ad creative strategy and a demonstrated ability to scale creative output systematically.
- Strong understanding of how automated media buying environments increase the importance of creative iteration and testing velocity.
- Experience building and leading high-performing creative teams with structured testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics including CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin.
- Demonstrated success managing large cross-functional teams and team leads.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to improve creative production, targeting, forecasting, and experimentation speed.
- Exceptional analytical, operational, and communication skills.
- Experience protecting and elevating premium or luxury brand positioning while driving performance outcomes.
