As an
Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)
within Schwab's
International Branch Network
you'll
help drive branch growth while developing as a leader. Partnering closely with the Branch Manager,
you'll
execute a local business plan
focused on increasing
market share
and
client assets
, and
you'll
lead and coach professionals who support clients in pursuing their financial goals.
This is a
development role
with a direct path to
Branch Manager
within Investor Services—supporting individuals and families with goals such as retirement and estate planning. If
you're

What you have
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Active FINRA licenses:
Series 7, Series 66 (or 63/65), and Series 9/10 (or
24
Demonstrated ability to
lead, coach, and develop
a team to achieve performance goals (e.g., coaching, feedback, recognition)
Proven skill in
business development
and driving outcomes (pipeline building, client acquisition, deepening relationships, or asset growth)
Strong capability to
build and deepen client relationships
and partner across teams to deliver results
Flexibility to
relocate
across the network
when a Branch Manager opportunity becomes available
Preferred Qualifications
Professional designations such as CFP, CFA, CIMA, AAMS, AWMA, or CWS
Strong brokerage/industry knowledge and the ability to apply it in coaching and client outcomes
Experience strengthening
engagement and retention
through performance management and talent development practices
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
