Basic Function:
Responsible for the execution of value added activity at the customer's site, meeting customer requirements and internal measures.
Scope/Supervision:
Internal duties will be performed in a warehouse/light manufacturing environment. Customer related duties will be performed at the customer's location(s)
Essential Functions:
Collect needed product requirements at the customer and coordinate entry into appropriate Parker systems
Coordinate the processing of the customer requirements for efficient delivery and replenishment into the appropriate customer areas
Communicates in a timely manner with customers, field sales and internal personnel regarding customer needs
Perform all required and best practice customer service activities
Act as a liaison between the customer and PSC, sales, and divisions
Drive the Parker truck to and from the customer (26,000lb box truck)
Use of various types of warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to:
Various types of fork lifts
Automated storage and retrieval systems
Automated warehouse management systems (WMS)
Use of various computer based programs (Bill of Ladings, small package manifest, PC type applications, mainframe type applications)
Read and interrupt product prints and/or catalogs
Use of measuring devices such as calipers and tapes for measurement of length and diameter
Record necessary data on appropriate paperwork and/or in computer based program(s)
Maintain all equipment according to facility maintenance procedures
Perform all responsibilities in a safe manner observing all safety requirements
Maintain all required DOT documentation associated with Parker truck
Expedite division product
Actively support the Corporate Win Strategy
Perform other related responsibilities

Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
Ability to operate various types of fork lifts
Ability to use measuring devices
Perform basic math
Read and interpret written (English) instructions
Have or ability to obtain a driver's license and CDL (commercial drivers license) and maintain DOT clearance to drive
Knowledge of Parker parts and part numbers; technical product application knowledge a plus
Must be a self-starter and motivated
Computer experience a plus
Job requirements include standing, bending, stooping, twisting, climbing ladders or stairs,
and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Competitive Compensation
Pay Range: $22.50/hr to $26.00/hr
