Main Responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact for customers providing pre- and post-sale activities for sales under a prescribed dollar amount and complexity Collaborate and communicate with outside sales personal to ensure full coverage of customer needs Proactively follow up on warm marketing leads and requested quotes for Service Business Line Provide general information on all Service Products Takes ownership of open territory and lapsed service customers to drive sales Works with applications and tech support team to offer product alternatives to best meet customer requirements and support sales objectives. Recognize that a customer of one product could also purchase other Leybold products and set up leads for new equipment, field service and service contract opportunities Demonstrate proactive selling of Leybold service products.
