Your Role
You’ll be the primary point of contact for homeowners who requested a cash offer. Your job is to:
- Listen carefully to their needs and timelines
- Explain the process clearly and transparently
- Present fair offers based on real market data
- Negotiate respectfully and close agreements
- Help homeowners move forward with confidence
- This role is about solutions, not pressure.
Compensation & Work Hours
- Base Pay: Negotiable Salary
- Commission: Unlimited commission, paid in USD
- Top Performers Earn: $10,000-$20,000.00+ USD per month
- Work Schedule: Monday–Friday (U.S. business hours)
This role offers strong performance-based earning potential, with inbound homeowner leads provided and uncapped commission for closers who consistently perform.
