Videographer - Field & Production

HydroHelp911 is a rapidly growing foundation repair and crawl space company based in Dallas, NC. Since 2010, we have built our reputation by helping homeowners solve serious structural and moisture problems beneath their homes.

We are hiring a full-time Videographer to capture and produce video content that documents our work, tells homeowner stories, and shows what really happens beneath homes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shooting and editing video, working in real environments (not just behind a desk), and creating content that has a real impact on the growth of a company.

This is not a remote job.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for shooting and editing video content from start to finish.

This includes:

Filming on job sites, in crawl spaces, basements, and construction environments

Capturing before/after transformations of foundation and crawl space projects

Recording interviews with homeowners and team members

Shooting b-roll of crews, equipment, and projects in progress

Editing videos for social media, website content, and marketing campaigns

Creating both short-form and long-form videos

Organizing and maintaining video equipment and footage libraries

Working with the marketing team to prioritize what projects and stories should be captured

You will own the entire video process -- from filming to editing to final delivery.

Important: This Is a Field Role

This is not a desk-only creative job.

You will regularly:

Crawl under homes to capture footage

Film inside crawl spaces and basements

Work around construction equipment and active job sites

Travel to job locations across our service area

Core Responsibilities

Film projects on-site across our service area

Capture interviews with homeowners and staff

Shoot and edit high-quality video content

Produce short-form vertical videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

Create longer storytelling or educational videos

Maintain video equipment and organize media files

Deliver finished videos ready for publishing

Skills & Experience

Required

1+ year filming video

1+ year editing video

Experience with professional editing software

Understanding of lighting, framing, and audio capture

Driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

Experience filming in construction environments

Drone experience

Experience editing social media video formats

Compensation

Salary: $52,000 - $61,000
