Video-First Creative Producer

Parler Technologies is building a next-generation ecosystem for creators: social, video, commerce, payments, blockchain, and analytics—unified under one platform. We’re growing fast and expanding our creative team to support major product launches across Parler, PlayTV, Kyvo (Optio), and Cartix.

We’re looking for a Video-First Creative Producer—a highly capable multimedia creator who can turn complex ideas into compelling videos, social graphics, website visuals, and clear user-facing guides. If you love making things, moving fast, and shaping the visual voice of a platform used by millions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the primary creator behind our marketing and product media. Your work will be seen across launches, ads, social campaigns, and user onboarding.

Video Production (Primary Focus)

• Create short-form product videos, feature promos, and ads
• Edit internal/UGC footage into polished clips
• Produce screen-record tutorials and walkthroughs for creator onboarding
• Add motion graphics, captions, callouts, and light animation
• Convert product features into clear, engaging visual stories
• Utilize our in-house podcast studio for video production

Design & Visual Assets

• Create image assets for ads, social media, product announcements, and landing pages
• Build clean infographics, diagrams, and 1-pagers to explain features and product value
• Design visuals for help center guides and step-by-step walkthroughs
• Maintain a small, consistent design system for marketing assets
• Own the creation of thumbnails, promotional banners, and web modules

Collaboration & Execution

• Work directly with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to interpret briefs and refine concepts
• Translate rough ideas into clear visual narratives
• Create reusable templates and repeatable systems for faster production
• Organize and maintain the asset library for easy access across teams
• Help define the visual identity of Parler Technologies across platforms

What You Bring

Core Skills

• 3–7+ years creating video and visual content for tech, media, or high-growth startups
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut Pro)
• Strong design skills (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• A portfolio showing:
  • Short-form video ads or explainers
  • Clean, modern social/marketing graphics
  • Infographics and 1-pagers
  • Product tutorials or screen-records (a plus)

Creative Strengths

• Excellent visual communication and storytelling
• Strong sense of pacing, clarity, and hierarchy
• Ability to simplify complex product concepts
• Tasteful motion graphics (not Hollywood VFX—clean, practical, effective)
