Vice President of Sales

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Vice President of Business Development in Chicago, IL area! The candidate is responsible for creating, expanding, and managing strategic business relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the business, increase revenue, and achieve key strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, partners, and vendors.
• Identify new markets and product opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in developing and implementing new business initiatives.
• Assess customer needs and design solutions that effectively address those requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Create and implement marketing strategies that promote and differentiate the company’s products and services.
• Provide strategic insight and direction to the executive leadership team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of experience in business development or sales
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office
