Job Details
Qualifications – Needed:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in retirement community or senior living environments
- Proven multi-community sales leadership experience with ability to coach and mentor teams
- Strong background in occupancy growth, revenue management, and sales strategy
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales plans and train sales teams effectively
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and support community sales teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans based on market demographics, pricing, competitors, and referral sources
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training for sales staff at multiple communities
- Monitor sales performance and indicators to develop continuous improvement strategies
- Collaborate with operations to align sales goals with community objectives
