Vice President of Human Resources

Position offers a strong mix of both strategy and tactical/execution and the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on the company as it continues its’ strong growth trajectory! Position will lead a mid-sized team of experienced human resource professionals and work/partner/work with leadership throughout the organization to bring growth and improvement through improved leadership/team training & development, intentional talent acquisition strategies, talent management, performance management, employee communication & engagement, compensation/benefits/HRIS, improved systems, processes and technology, etc.
