Animal Medical Center of Forney, a proud Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our welcoming, fast‑paced team. Our hospital provides primary care, urgent care, boarding, and daycare for dogs and cats throughout Forney, Mesquite, Terrell, and Rockwall.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you’ll be a vital connection between our clients, patients, and medical team by:

• Greeting clients and pets warmly and setting the tone for a positive visit
• Assisting new clients with registration and communicating expected wait times
• Answering phones, emails, and non‑medical client questions with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow‑ups
• Coordinating with referring hospitals to obtain patient records
• Maintaining accurate client and patient information in hospital systems
• Ensuring financial responsibilities are met, including invoicing and cash drawer reconciliation
• Keeping reception, waiting, and exam areas clean and organized
• Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with fellow team members

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Customer service experience required; veterinary experience (1+ year) strongly preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary triage is a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable handling financial transactions and basic accounting
• Team‑oriented with a calm, professional demeanor in fast‑paced situations

Schedule Requirements

• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work rotating weekends
