Veterinary Assistant

Parvin Animal Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our team!

In this role, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient and client care by ensuring an efficient exam room workflow.

• Maintain accurate, detailed medical records.

• Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients, answering questions with empathy and clarity.

• Support the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient care and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.

This position is ideal for team members who excel in client engagement and schedule management while delivering exceptional care and communication.

Schedule

• Full-time, 4x10 schedule
• Monday–Friday availability required
• Rotating weekends

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

• Compensation: $13-15 per hour, for each hour worked*
• Bonus package: $500 for those with 3+ years of consecutive and current veterinary assistant experience

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of veterinary clinical experience
• Comfortable and proficient in:
  • Basic restraint
  • Oral medication administration
  • TPR/NT/AG
  • Exam notes/scribing
  • Client communication and education

A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
