Overview: The primary responsibility of the Vendor Service Clerk is to aid the Vendor Services Team by processing common and or systemic repairs. This position reports to Vendor Services Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for addressing all incoming emails for the assigned Vendor Services Team.
  • Opens Repair Orders to start repair process.
  • Assigns Purchase Order numbers for high volume and low cost repairs.
  • Email and Phone duties include answering vendor requests and repair follow up.
  • Works with Operations to handle all repairs in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on repairs in process.
  • Receives invoices and PM sheets and attaches to the R.O.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or GED required
  • Excel, Word Knowledge
  • Computer Data Entry Skills
  • Limited Mechanical Aptitude
  • Knowledge of VMRS is a Plus

We are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $18.27  - $30.00/HOUR.  NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay.
