Description:
Vendor Manager: Expectation is plan to be at the office every day. 8:30-5:30
At least 3 years relevant experience required.
Responsibilities may include:
Activities of moderate complexity and providing support for complex or strategic initiatives.
Manage vendor performance to service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders.
Define commodity and supplier strategies
Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes
Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers
Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, contracts, and project updates.
Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives; assigned tasks may include:
Analyze vendor performance and inventory
Build business case
Track and report KPI performance against targets
Conduct supplier performance reviews
Monitor contract execution
Strong Excel/analytical skills, PBI, SQL preferred
